To enter visit the Costa Coffee survey website at www.costafeedback.co.uk and type in the location of the café you visited, the correct location should then appear. Rate your experience from 1 to 10 on questions such as speed of service, barista friendliness and any additional comments you wish to make. The survey does not take long to complete and you will need to fill in your contact details to be eligible to enter the draw to win free coffee for a month.
