The Swarovski Survey can be found at the Market Force Survey website. Go to www.swarovski-feedback.co.uk and enter the location code that can be found on your receipt and click ‘take part’. If you do not have a survey invitation you can click ‘don’t have an invite card’ and fill in the location of the Swarovski store you visited as well as time and date of visit.

The survey is easy to complete with a rating system of 1-10 to give your opinion on questions such as the quality & range of products and helpfulness of the sales consultant. Once you have completed the survey you will go into the prize draw to win £100 Swarovski Gift Card.
