Clarks Customer Survey

The Clarks Survey is designed to ensure Clarks continue to make every step enjoyable from the service you receive in store to the quality of shoes in both style and comfort. Tell Clarks about your experience at one of the Clarks stores around the UK and you will be helping to improve stores plus get a chance to win £250 in the survey prize draw.

Clarks would like to hear your thoughts on your most recent visit to one of Clarks UK stores. Visit www.myclarksvisit.co.uk and tell your local Clarks store what you thought.

Click the arrow on the picture to start the Clarks Survey where you will be asked to choose the location visited from the UK map and dropdown fields. For example, I recently visited Street Clarks Outlet Village, so I clicked on the Southwest section of the map and selected Street then the outlet village from the dropdown menu.

Click on the date you visited the store and how you would rate your visit out of 10. You will then be asked why you gave the Clarks store you visited the score you did. Was the service excellent? Did you enjoy the range available? Was it easy to find what you were looking for? What was the checkout process like? The comments box is there for you to tell Clarks all about your experience good, bad or average. There will then be a series of multiple-choice questions for you to rate your experience.
