The Wetherspoon Feedback Survey asks customers to rate their overall satisfaction at the JD Wetherspoon visited. The Wetherspoon survey asks you questions such as what food you ordered, portion sizes, customer service and whether you would recommend the Wetherspoon pub you visited.

www.mypubfeedback.com is the new survey website for Wetherspoon Pub Feedback program where customers can give feedback on the experience received at a JD Wetherspoon pub. Customers will need to have their receipt handy to fill in the pub phone number, receipt number and date & time of visit to the JD Wetherspoon pub visited.

Upon completion on the survey customers will receive a validation code to write down on the survey invitation and present at JD Wetherspoons pubs. Coupons are valid 30 days from survey completion and entitle you to a free regular hot drink when you spend over £5.
