About BHS Feedback Survey

  1. It is impossible to get through to actually speak to someone in customer services. Then there are the charges to make calls, overly expensive, maybe they do this is order to deter people ringing. I have tried to speak to someone in order to alter my method of paying my card – all to no avail. I think I am going to have to do it by letter. Never thought you would get this from a well known store!

  2. today I finished your Bath store for the 2nd in just the past few weeks and I am very dissappointed although you still give good value the actual store is a let down the toilets are badly stained 1 was out of order only 1 hand dryer worked. The same escalator has been broken down for sometime now.I had lunch there and it was only lukewarm and it is always like this the food cools down too quickly.I dont know why I continue to eat in the restaurant I think because there is always plenty of tables empty so I am assured of a place maybe it would be busier if the food was better.

  3. i went to bhs in birmingham today…i needed to go to the loo b4 i eat anything to do my needles as i am a diabetic…i went to the loo to find out you need a code for the toilets…and the code was on the receipts….but i could not buy anything to eat before i do my needles…i ask someone who was working there…she told me she could not help me….lucky for me a lady was coming out of the toilet and let me in….i feel awful that i have to ask for a code to go to the loo…..i did have my lunch after i went to the toilet in bhs but i will not be going into bhs again unless you works out the toilets….i sometime cant wait to go to the loo so i got a rador key to let me into the toilets….why cant you use one of them in yours toilets so people who like me need to get to the toilet in a rush can use them….

  4. I had the unfortunate experience of eating in the bhs restaurant in Princes St Edinburgh. I ordered fish, chips and peas which took 20 mins to arrive. The chips were part cooked, the peas cold and what fish was in the batter had no flavour at all. All you could taste was the oil in which the fish was cooked. Thought it was just me however another couple complained there chips were hard and macaroni had too much sauce and not enough pasta. Wont be visiting again anytime soon!

  5. i went to bhs store at monks cross in york and was served by a young man called ryan . while he served me he spoke to another member of staff, whilst speaking to this staff member he turned to this person and said I’m not staying on the fucking tills all day . he turned to me and finished serving me , i asked him if thats how he spoke in front of all he’s customers . he apologised and said it was a slip of the tongue . has i left the store i spoke to two other members of staff and incident to their attention they seemed uninterested .we shop often at bhs and we feel very let down, we would love to here any comments you have thanks. helen r

  6. Just want to say how delighted I was with the service, efficiency & enthusiasm shown by one of your staff. I went into the Leeds Store recently to change an item bought earlier. Unfortunately you were out of stock of a replacement, but the young lady Ruth (Visual) went to so much trouble to check stock & to find if your York or Wakefield Branches had any. I cannot praise her enough. I travelled to York a few days later & was able to buy 2 of the items I wanted. Your staff vary, some are helpful, some downright rude, but Ruth was so exceptional I asked her name so I could
write an appreciation of her. Well done Ruth!

  7. I found the shop I did today at BHS was absolutely brilliant.
I loved all the cute little Christmas cards along with the funny little Christamas gifts, perfect to go Christmas shopping there.
I found the service was brilliant, as i am sometimes very impatient.
I love the amazing, inexpensive prices and sale.
    Thank you BHS!!
My shop was the highlight of the day xxx

  8. Went to BHS Stockport today to return a jumper that had gone bobbly. The young man that served me was extremely helpful and processed a refund without any fuss and then gave me a 10% voucher for the inconvenience, which I was very happy with.I then purchased some further items in the 30% offer and was served at the till by Brenda who was very cheerful and happy.
