  1. I would like to commend Kasey yesterday 03 09 13 for her excellent service, even under pressure from several other customers asking her questions and staff wanting things scanned and signed she stilled persisted to locate an item mislaid in transit for me by phoning several other departments. She should go far. I hope this message gets to the manager of the Putney, London store

  2. I have recently shopped within the Brent Cross branch, the service was outstanding and superb. I was shown to the correct department efficiently with great conversation. The young man was very smiley and chatty and made sure I had everything I needed. He even showed me to the till which was lovely and wished me a great day! If he isn’t a manager then I’m shocked. His name is Aaron. Anonymous.

  3. Waitrose in Melksham, Wiltshire, has very pleasant and helpful staff. Last Saturday, I visited the store for some excellent cheese, and was very pleased to receive a free Guardian. The young man on the till was friendly, chatty and it was a pleasure to have him take my money.

  4. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Siobhan on Home and Donald on Wine, for their friendly, helpful and excellent service. I went into the Sheffield, Ecclesall Road store yesterday, and with their help and efficiency found everything I’d gone in for…and more…with ease!!! Will definitely be visiting the store again very soon, it was so lovely to be greeted with big smiles and such happy, friendly staff. A big thank you and look forward to my next visit.

  5. Having moved to Hartford, I was lucky that the Northwich store had opened a few days earlier. I was fortunate to live near the Driotwich store as I find all goods bought from Waitrose/John Lewis to be the best at comparable prices to other stores, I wouldn’t shop anywhere else, I’d rather travel 10 – 15 miles, also the service at all stores is really excellent.

  6. I shopped at Waitrose Templefortune today. I was really impressed with the lady at the till ,Urwashi, as I watched her give advice to an elderly customer about her My Waitorse card. She was very helpful and made time for her, despite the pressures of managing a busy till.

  7. I wanted to say how impressed I am by the Waitrose on line shopping website. It is so easy to navigate, the jotter pad is inspirational and it is easy to refer to previous shopping lists to make sure that I haven’t forgotten anything and the delivery staff are always punctual, helpful and polite. I will be recommending it to everyone I come across.
