To enter the survey visit www.tellsubway.co.uk – you will need to have your Subway receipt so you can enter the store ID of the Subway you visited. There is also a FAQ section to try and answer any questions you may have about the Subway Survey. Click Submit to continue to answer questions about Subway store service and quality of food. After completion you will be sent a voucher email to get your free cookie at Subway. To redeem your free cookie you will need to bring the voucher with you along with your purchase receipt to claim at the Subway store you visited.
