  1. I was served by Linsey in the Airdrie Boots today the small Greame Street store. She was very helpfull polite she always is all the staff are i think thats why people go there i have used the store since i moved to airdrie in 2002 its the best pharmacy in Airdrie.

  2. kate lavery 15th january 11am i was served by jean today, jean was and alway’s is very helpfull.jean has worked in boot’s store for over 20year’s everytime i go in to boot’s and jean is on she alway’s greets you with a smile, that is why i use boot’s in duke street dennistoun.

  3. My local chemist is like an exotic treasure trove and full of amazing body care apparel; perfumes; deodorants of all hue and aroma; colourful selections of cosmetic bags, and so much more than just the everyday essential medicines I frequent the store.

    The lady who served me was Sam, a delightful young trainee who knew the store inside out, and so she whizzed up all that I had asked for within seconds whilst handling prescriptions of all other customers as well as my own.

  4. Maria was very professional and friendly today. She helped us choose the right product and took the time to explain how Boots card works without any pressure. I was totally satisfied by the customer service experience and therefore it was also a pleasure to complete the online survey today. Thanks Maria!

  5. I was served by cheryl at Perth Boots. Iwas very happy with the service. I am very disappointed that Boots no longer award points on phone top ups. This may lose customers as Superdrug offer points on their reward card for top ups. Myself and my friends go to Boots to top up and usually make another purchace but this will no longer happen.

I was served at the pharmacy counter by Tom….amazing knowledge on his products and was very professional in his handling of a sensitive issue, well done Tom, you made my experience so much more comfortable. Then to make things even better, he rang to confirm the product had been ordered and the date it would be in store!! 10 out of 10 from me.

  7. I was served by Poonam on Farringdon Road. She was very helpful by advising me on the best product to buy that would not affect my other prescribed medication.
    Her happy and cheerful manner was like an instant tonic boost.

  8. The Pharmacy team at Guiseley were very good with an out of hours emergency eye prescription that could not be completed by 4 other chemists. With 2 items on the prescription, one of which was out of production, the Boots team agreed to split the prescription so that some medicine could be taken and then they researched 2 alternatives for OK by the Doctor the following day!Other chemists would not split the prescription – one could not supply the one “available” medicine.   9. I was served in the Kingston branch by Roshni.
    She was extremely helpful and showed a lot of patience.
    The service that she provided was way and about what I would have expected from a staff member, she is a real credit to Boots and wished that more store staff were just as helpful..

I would like to thank Elizabeth,James and Rob of the Fareham branch for their swift action in assessing the urgency of a situation today and standing up to the receptionist at Fareham Health Centre and not taking no for an answer. I had not taken a prescribed medication for 3 days and was becoming quite unwell, and the prescription was at the surgery but the receptionist refused to get it signed until 5 o clock. The pharmacy team immediately recognised the seriousness of the situation, yet were unable to dispense until the prescription was signed. Elizabeth recognised immediately how distressed i was becoming and took total charge of the situation and kept me in store whilst the team contacted the surgery and insisted the prescription was immediately signed. The pharmacy team refused to take no for an answer despite the insistence of the receptionist that I would have to wait and the teams sheer persistence in insisting the prescription was signed immediately resulted in another doctor signing it and the team dispensing the medication which was urgently required. The team at Boots in Fareham went above and beyond their roles today to ensure I received the medication i was in dire need of, keeping me in store so they could be on hand as they immediately recognised the symptoms of an imminent panic attack. Thank you all of you for sorting this out so quickly, and immediately recognising the potential seriousness of the situation which has now been avoided due to the swift actions of all of you.

  11. I have always had good experiences shopping at Boots, however I must commend Heather at the Kempston Retail Park Boots for outstanding courtesy and her excellent service. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for her and her pleasent personality shone out of her.

  12. On the 13th of June I was served by Donna in Falkirk’s High Street branch. I believe she is either the manager or part of the management team. She has served me once or twice in the past and she is always helpful and pleasant. It’s great to see somebody in management mucking in along with the rest of the staff on the shop floor. Donna is always immaculately dressed and she is clued up about just about any product that the store sells. She is a great ambassador to the company.

  13. I find the Leeds Trinity Pharmacy team to be consistently professional, pleasant and helpful.

    I’m a regular customer because various medical conditions mean a big sheaf of repeat prescriptions :o). The Leeds team always make it easy..

    From small but cherished things like remembering my name with a smile – making me feel like a person not just a customer. To bigger things like today when I had my jacket stolen with my insulin pens in – my surgery was down on doctors but Jessica and Sophia were persistent, chasing down the on-call doctor to get an emergency repeat.

    And the rest of the Leeds team are equally fab – thank you all :o).

  14. Wonderful service today from Louise in Boots, St. Peters Avenue, Cleethorpes. Couldn’t have have been more helpful. She has a professional, confident manner and her attitude was one that others should be measured by. The type of service you hope for but seldom receive. Nothing was too much trouble. So thank you Louise for your help today, You are a credit to Boots and I hope you are appreciated as much by your employers as you were by me today.

  15. I was in the Boots Store in Boston ; Lincolnshire last week. I was looking for a particular item when one of the store personnel a lady asked if she could help and went out of her way to take me to the display I required.
    At the pharmacy counter Maria was more than helpful and not only gave me professional advice but went out of her way to help me inclusive of “freezing” my points as I had left my card at home. Treatment such as this encourages you return .

  16. i would like to thank Katie and Louise from your mansfield store for such delightful care of which they have taken with me whilst allowing me to feel good about myself on a sensitive subject to which i would normally be most embarrassed about…both there manner and approach of dealing with me is most helpful and my only wish is all of your stores representatives were as helpful and supportive as Katie and Louise have been to me and i would recommend that they are commended for their kindness and there over all ability to care for their customers and not treat them like strangers as other members have made me feel previously.. always grateful ..danny martinez

  17. I was served by Alsev from Boots Woodgreen Branch today. She was a very lovely lady who offered great customer service. There was a continuous smile on her face and she made me feel at ease. I am very happy and delighted I was served by Alsev.

Boot’s has alway’s been my prefared place to go for prescritions.the pharacist most of the time in the widnes boot’s store is Aoife,who,even when probably having a bad day still has a smile and a warm welcome.Other staff including glynis and lyndsay are alway’s welcoming and in great spirits.Can’t say enough good things about the boots store in widnes.

I live in Powys SY16 I collect my repeat prescription every month from Boots, the staff are very friendly. but the one thing that I cannot understand is that the pharmacist takes their lunch break from 1-00pm until 2-30pm. As a disabled person I sometimes have to hang about town and wait as they will not give me my prescription until the pharmacist comes back from lunch. There should be someone else authorised to give out prescriptions.

A few days ago i needed help as my diabetic pens both broke.It was a bank holiday Monday so my normal pharmacy was shut ,but thanks to a wonderful lady named Alex in the livingston centre boots said they had one in stock which was a one off thing as they dont normally have them in.but thanks to Alex i was ok and was able to carry on with my day ,Alex was alot of help

  21. I visited boots store in Croydon-Valley Park this morning to pick up some stuff and happen to meet one of your staff named Gifty who happens to be one of the best I have ever met in your shop. She even helped me choose some perfumes for my two girls. I planned to spend less than £30 but rather ended up spending almost £100 because of the excellent customer service she showed me. I want the management to help me thank Gifty because I really appreciate her service.

Myself and my wife were served by Lisa the other day at the foundry branch of boots in Hayle and she was very helpful,polite,speedy ( but not impersonal) and made us both aware of services and help that we were not aware with. She made me feel at ease and she was very knowledgable on polices and products. Thank you Lisa
