Some stores also have an optician service and photo centre so you can print your favourite pictures.   1. i find boots very helpful ,the staff are very good to help you even when they are is the only company on the island that have my shampoo cheaper than the other companies as i need medicated shampoo.i find the points system very good especially when it comes to the end of your wages hahaha and you need something or other before payday.

Our Boots is a tiny store really welcoming and staff treat you as a person nothing seems to be too much trouble and questions about anything relevant to the care or service they provide are always answered…. would be lost with out them we use our boots for the whole families prescription services and have extremely quick service no queues to wait in and very rarely have to wait for medication everything is usually in stock!

  4. i go to my chemist most days which has turned into a boots store. the staff in there are great so friendly helpfull and just a pleasure to be welcomed by them. i love it it so easy for me sometimes and if theres owt you want and it not there they will try to order it.

  5. boots have always been a favourite ,great value for money,always greeted by friendly staff,products set out nicely,served by experienced staff who care how to treat customers, they are a credit to the company,boots for me,is a must ,no one can beat them ,just purchased ,stylist curlers that only boots sell ,i wouldent go any where else

  6. Hi, i regularly shop in boots at Halifax and find the staff most helpful, and cheeful, Pauline tends to be busy as others do, but always finds time to help anyone if needed, including myself. The store is very clean, accessable and set out with planty of space etc. very happy to shop there

  7. I enjoy shopping at boots because if the products and the staff. It usually has everything I need to do with beauty products and medication. Any advice I have needed the staff has always been very polite and caring as well as full of information I need 🙂 xx

I was on a two week holiday in Nottingham, so I used the opportunity to get much needed glasses, so I went to Boots in the ‘Victoria Centre’ armed with my prescription, I sat down with the assistant to discuss my requirements, when another assistant came up and started talking the my assistant as if I was not there, which was very off putting, and low and be hold another assistant did exactly the same thing, at this I had decided that this would be the first and last time that I would use ‘Boots’, my assistant then went to get hold of the frames that I had chosen, for her only to be accosted by yet another assistant to ask her opinion on the customer that they were serving, leaving sitting there.
    I was told that the glasses would be ready in 8 – 10 days, after 14 days I rang to find out where my glasses were, only to be told that they had been delivered without the ‘prison’, and had to go back to the manufacture, and that they would ring me to let me know when they had arrived back, to which I told them that I had to return to my home back in Norfolk and could they send them to the Kings Lynn shop, they said they would.
    The Kings Lynn shop rang to say they had my glasses and to come in at any time, the service that I received at this shop was a world away from the Nottingham shop, I was made to feel at ease, even when I asked for a different case the assistant went and got one and I left the shop feeling a lot happier, however there was a problem with the lenses and had to go back to the shop, which I was not looking forward to as they might tell that I had to go to the Nottingham shop, however I should not have worried, for the manageress (Rebecca) was the more than helpful, she rang the Nottingham shop to see if they would give me another eye test, they would not, so she asked me if it was all right for her to sort my problem out, this was such a relief because she seemed to care and understand my needs, after the second eye test it was found that my prescription was accurate and the problem was with the lenses, she look at my old ones, they are ‘Nikon’ ones, she said that they where the Rolls Royce of lenses and recommended that I go for the top of boots range, which did, I would like to thank Rebecca and all her staff for making my visit pleasant, reassuring and less stressful.

  9. I frequently shop at boots as the staff are always very friendly and happy to help. The advantage card system encourages me to shop there then elsewhere. I have noticed in the preston store Jacqui is always helpful and chatty and is happy to help you

  10. I used Boots in Dunstable today and the lady working in the Pharmacy Jenny was so incredibly patient with a lady who wanted a prescription, but she also wanted to ask a million questions as well! I don’t know how Jenny managed to be so cheerful and kind to this lady.

    When I got my prescription the chemist Mariam was so pleasant gave me good advise about my prescription and took the time to listen! A great experience. Thank you Jenny and Mariam

  11. We use the Haverhill, Suffolk Boots Pharmacy, our prescriptions are collected from our Doctors surgery for us, all we then do is pop in to Boots and collect. We make a collection once a month and it’s often Michelle M who helps us and she always has a smile (and knows who were are before we even have to tell her thats the personal touch for you!).

I visited my local boots store in sheffield,i was in a real mardy mood ,i had got wet with the rain ,fell off the step of my mums neighbours house earlier in the morning ( i was in alot of pain ) so i was’nt in a good mood ,but then i got served by Jayne Bingham ,girl you made me belly laugh ,thankyou ,got great 2 for 1 ‘s too,

  13. I use Boots Pharmacy in Knighton, Powys – Dela was very helpful and she located a hair product for me. Her service was great – very lovely person and a credit to the store in Knighton. Thanks Dela … my hair and I won’t forget you 🙂

  17. First time entering a survey even though many request before.
    I am very impress at the service at the pharmacy in south woofed collecting my prescription.
    Abrar the serving chemist staff kindly suggested a repeat collect of my standard prescription saving me the hassle and stress of trying to get through busy Gp surgery when I am busy working. He was efficient and made the time to explain even though busy serving . It is definitely worth a complimentary mention of his good communication skills.

  18. Over the years in the Wyken store in Coventry I’ve received great service but one person stands out. Her name is Dawn. I had problems with my repeat prescriptions and Dawn worked so hard to get it all back on track. Today, my 16 yr. old Daughter needed a blood test. Who should we get to do it but Dawn. Oh my, how she put my Daughter at ease with her gentle and caring nature. Thanks Dawn, you’re a star.

  19. A lady in my local boots was very helpful today and helped me with a few things I needed and that I was unsure about, I came out feeling satisfied and pleased. I enjoy shopping in boots with the things I purchase, using my boots card to collect points and the staff are always helpful. Thankyou!

  20. I work in London and use the Chancery Lane Boots store regularly because I like the fact the sandwiches don’t contain butter. I’ll go in on average 2/3 times a week because the meal deal is great value for money and the service I receive is fantastic. I am regularly served by Liz & Vida who’re more than happy to engage in polite conversation, bantery chit chat and they’re generally very nice to deal with. They’re also very, very knowledgeable about products and are more than willing to offer advice where required. For my personal satisfaction, they’re a 10.

  22. i always shoppping at boots today me and my wife went to our local boots because we need maternity mats we looking there but we couldnt find that after we met pat coa she was very friendly she show us after we bought she gave the recipt in the recipt if we buy 3 for 2 items we can get 500 points also she was help for this we are so happy today good day to us in our local boots every staff very friendly thank u so much for ur service
