The surveys are individual to each café, so either pick up a survey card on your next visit to a Caffe Nero store or use the information from your purchase receipt to enter.

To complete the survey, go to www.myNEROvisit.com and enter the store location and date so that the feedback relates to the correct store you visited. Upon completion you will be entered into the prize draw to win complimentary coffee for a month. The sweepstakes are drawn each month and you are allowed one entry per month. The survey is easy to complete and you must be 18 years or older to enter.

Nero Mac glen Ashford nice refit staff welcoming and plesent coffee great however today im not happy the store was so hot inside it made me feel sick, i spoke to the staff and poor dears looked like they were melting.the heat inside was so hot i was unable to finish my coffee. please fix the air con soon as i will not be using the store whilst the heat inside is so much that i can not sit and enjoy my normally relaxing coffee

  2. I am a regular user of the site in Lytham, Lancashire. Whilst very happy with the food and coffee and the efficiency and friendliness of the staff I am always, always appalled by the washing up area. It is very small and on view to customers – goodness knows how (and why) the staff tolerate it. The area seems constantly overflowing with crockery and detritus, even on the floor. The site is always busy, and I assume therefore, very profitable and as such I urge the owners to improve this aspect of the operation as soon as possible.

  3. Just visited your lovely cafe in Edinburgh Airport first floor. Had a really nicce coffee and a delightful chat with Alex one of your lady staff members. Thanks so much I dont like flying and Alex kindly pointed out that the journey to the airport is statistically way more dangerous than the actual flight…. common sense prevails lol

  4. I Just visited your cafe near the Victoria’s station . We were waiting for our train during 4 hours and one of the guys there were so lovely with me , Mirko batalocco . I heard a song that i was searching sinds long time and he made a lots of searching to finally find this amazing song so if your will go in this cafe ,please make a kiss from me to this friendly guy .

Ho soggiornato a Londra per un mese insieme a mia figlia,che è rimasta per studiare.Ho incontrato voi del caffè nero,e desidero ringraziare tutto lo staff del London Bridge: Valeria Johnny,Emilio,Giorgio,e gli altri ,ragazzi con una disponibilità,gentilezza e professionalità veramente ammirevole!

  6. Great as always. Barista Rodrigo was amazing at hectic morning, serving all customers swiftly and making great coffee here at kings x station. Stilll waiting for a train, connected my tablet to the cloud at caffe nero shop. Problem with leaving a comment at http://www.mynerovisit.com (where you can win free coffee for a month) as it requires a receipt number. I paid with contactless card and ecologically conscious I did not ask for a receipt.

  7. Went into Café Nero Buxton this morning I used my priority moments app for the first time and was unsure on how to use it the staff were extremely helpful and cooperative I will most definatley be going in again on a regular basis Thanks Buxton

    I had my brunch. A potato and leek soup and a Americano, this was great. The best thing about my visit was the staff, they where helpful as I had my hands full of shopping and a brolly, they smiled and had the time to treat me as a valued customer. The Team at Caffe Nero, Plymouth House of Fraser 332 thank you for making a rainy day a bit brighter.

  9. Just had a wonderful breakfast. Marcello was so helpful and friendly. I ordered a coffee, a sundried tomato soup and a mozzarella/pesto Panini. He was so nice he carried them to my table for me. Food was delicious. Will defiantly visit the Trafalgar Square 415 Nero again.

  10. Had coffee,hot chocolate and cakes with my daughter and 2 grandchildren at Nero Bridge Street, Chester on Tuesday 18th feb. We were served by Amy-Jane P . What an asset!!!!! Knowledgeable about our different options/ friendly and just a joy generally. We left on a high!!!! She deserves a rise!!!!!!
