If you have received an invitation on your purchase receipt to complete the My Mothercare Survey visit http://www.mymothercare.ie and enter the store and transaction numbers as well as amount spent in store and date and time of visit. Answer a few short questions on what you think Mothercare are doing right and what you would like to see in stores in future to help Mothercare do an even better job.
