Goldsmiths value their customers feedback and would like to hear about your customer experience at a Goldsmiths Store. To take part in the survey visit and enter the location number from your Invite Card before clicking take part.

Customers can also select – do not have an Invite Card – this will direct you to select the location visited, date and time, you will then be able to continue to the survey. Give your feedback on the reason for your visit and about your personal experience in a Goldsmiths store. Once you have completed the survey you will be entered into the monthly prize draw to win a £500 Goldsmiths Gift Card to spend on yourself or for a special gift.

First class service at goldsmiths portsmouth cascades,I have to say I was very shocked when I found there was no charge for removing links for my watch to fit even thou I didnt buy it at that store…! I first met matt who was very helpful and honest that he wasnt to sure how to remove the links However kate stepped in to show him after a slight bit of training matt then succeeded in removing the links…I was very happy with matt and kates service will recommend to my friends and family any day…!!!
