  3. Today i took my mother to your store Plymouth PYT769

    As my mother is aged 86 she wanted to go today so as she could use her 10% discount card to be told when we got there she could not have it on a new shower.

    As she is on a limited budget she had allocated her purchase on her discount.

    I then had to give her the difference…..which upsets her .

    Why could she not have her discount on a shower?

  4. today I bought the worst ever product I have in my life time from B & Q a 6 x 4 wooden garden shed that is in a state of disrepair and not fit for purpose under the trading standards act , I have never seen so much damage and the use of totally inferior materials and quite frankly is only fit for firewood . I am a disabled person with mental health problems and the purchase of this item has caused me untold stress. I would appreciate a quick response IE today ,I put this down to B&Q by selling an item that is not fit for sale , I have taken at least 20 photos of the damage and substandard material used to make this item . Surely Surely this has to be an issue with trading standards , please please let me know your thoughts ,

  5. Hello my name is Kevin privett , on the weekend of 01/06/13 I was doing some DIY at home and needed a few electrical essentials from your store in peterborough . I spoke to one of your employees called JAVID and he guided me in the right direction . After returning home I encountered a small problem regarding my kitchen lights so I returned to your store and brought the item I needed whilst there I asked JAVID what would be the best way around my problem , he proceeded to grab a pen and piece of paper and drew a diagram of what I should do he also said if I have any more problems do not hesitate to come back to the store and talk to him or failing that he offered his services to resolve my problem out of working hours . To me JAVID is a great asset to your company and was a great help all round he is a total credit to your company , please pass on my gratitude to JAVID
